KVOA-Day 14 Picket the MediaOcracy - to the power of Ten I'm done....great day...(all things being relative)...

The producer again came out and talked to me...still camera so we had a talk....
Producer was made aware that I am taking pictures of every car and license plate....but I did learn the rational of what you can takes pictures of......

"you are in public view"

As he was speaking to me a trans bus with driver came by and said great job, great job,...

Not knowing the other man was a producer/reporter...so as he was talking to me....the News 4 Tucson - Brian White (privilege?) their Web Editor.

Brian White KVOA-Tucson-NBC Web Editor

KVOA producer started shooting the man in the van....the driver shot back..."take that camera off me...."

Brian White, from KVOA having read how to win friends and influence enemies, shouted back...
YOU ARE IN PUBLIC VIEW....

a three minute clip. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=4359791208722&l=2818872975796862732

I then got up with my sign in my hands much like a shield held by one hand behind the sign...( i rigged with duct tape)

I stepped up onto his door step and with the sign and my body, telling the driver...

(His view of you is blocked with me and the sign in their way...

I continued talking to the driver for two minutes while staying on the step of the van still blocking view from Brian White doing his best to capture his Prey via an armed Camera.

I enjoyed when driver left, I said to Brian,.. remember, as I snap pics of all your cars and license plates...etc....its all "in public view"....

Brian obviously is going directly to the GM and reporting back..."comrads...he's taking pictures of our license plates"....I can hear the GM....sigh...yes...he IS "in public view."...

I received this 5/30/14
"Tony, releasing license plates would be an actionable offense."...Let me tell you something pal.....Omitting Benghazi is actionable....IRS, VA scandal, Fast & Furious...go for it...NBC-kvoa...traitors to the first amendment.

Many cars came by including a legal immigrant from Pakistan...we talk for a bit...

  1. While I enjoy this parade of paranoia, I should probably clarify a few things. One, I'm failing to see what the NBC affiliate in Tucson has to do with all these conservative buzzwords you're throwing around. Can you be specific about what you'd like to see from KVOA's anchors/reporters when it comes to these issues?

You should know we don't dictate the rundowns in New York.

I think you'd be surprised if you met the people I work with (not that you'll actually ever have this chance, I assure you). We're just everyday folks doing our jobs. That's it. There's no hidden agenda.

It's not the Liberal bacchanale you think it is.

Lastly, the term "public view" does not give you carte blache to harass or stalk. I know you're fond of that term lately after I mentioned it to you (the Sun Tran driver, by the way, was still in public view even though you "shielded" him with your cardboard sign- the shield language you no doubt googled is figurative, not literal). The tweet I sent you over the weekend (which you misquoted) said that you were "venturing into actionable territory" because you are.

My cohorts and I have a right to work in a place free from harassment and intimidation. That's not protected speech.
